With your request please include your full name, mailing address and contact details. If your request is for Card Art and Canvases we will send an invoice for your order, with postage quoted at standard Australia Post rates, unless you prefer an alternate form of transport. On payment your order will be prepared and dispatched immediately. Where possible we will pack multiple items together in one postage pack.

If you are purchasing using PayPal, the 'postage and handling fee' is $15 per item. Our Frangipani "Gift Sticks" will be packed and sent individually to protect them in transit. All other items will be packed together where possible.

In preparation for postage your plant is removed from it’s tube and the potting mix washed from the roots, which are then wrapped in tissue paper and soaked, the tube is then replaced to protect the root ball in transit and then wrapped in plastic. The leaves are trimmed to prevent further stress, labelled and finally packed into a solid poster tube for it’s journey home.

When you get your frangipani you can plant them directly into the ground or into pots. A 50/50 mix of osmocote/nutricote slow release granules works well. Be gentle not to damage the roots when planting. If you want to leave them for a few days before planting, then just place them in a small bucket of water submerging the roots only to give them a good drink. Water every 3-4 days, then, reduce watering gradually.
